Q. What are your office hours?
A. We are available for customer service and leasing 24 hours a day, 7 days a week…right when you need us.

Q. What hours can I gain access to the facility?
A. Our gate access hours are Monday through Sunday, 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.. For those who really need it, we offer 24-hour access for an extra monthly charge.

Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, checks, and cash. For your convenience monthly auto-pay is available at no extra charge.

Q. What are your lease terms?
A. Our lease terms vary to suit your needs. We offer month-to-month leases for storing items on a short-term or temporary basis when timing is uncertain. For the customer whose needs are long-term, discounted 6-month and 12-month pricing is available.

Q. Do you require a security deposit?
A. We do not require a security deposit.

Q. What are my move-in costs?
A. Upon move-in, your rent is prorated so that you only pay for the days you possess the unit. We do not require a deposit or one month’s rent up front. There is a small one-time, non-refundable administration fee as is common at all storage facilities.

Q. Are reservations necessary?
A. Since availability of unit sizes changes frequently, we encourage you to secure your unit with a reservation so that a unit is held for you. We are happy to hold a unit for you for you for up to 30 days with a deposit of $75 (applied to your first month’s move-in charges). The reservation can be cancelled up to 14 days before move-in for a full refund of the deposit. When long-term reservations aren't needed, we will also hold a unit for up to 14 days with no reservation fee or deposit. Make your 14-day reservation online today with no deposit required

Q. Do I need climate-controlled storage?
A. Climate-controlled storage provides a temperature-controlled environment for your belongings. For items that are susceptible to damage due to extreme heat or cold, climate-controlled storage is highly recommended. Such things may include leather furniture, paintings, family pictures, candles or anything else that may deteriorate due to heat or cold.

Q. Do you sell moving supplies?
A. We offer a wide variety of locks, boxes, and moving supplies for your convenience. We carry boxes from small to extra-large size as well as wardrobe boxes for moving the clothes in your closet easily. For packing dishes, glasses, and cups, you will love our ready-foam poaches. You can also purchase packing tape, blankets, sofa and mattress covers and more. Don’t forget the packing bubbles! We have those, too.

Q. Is contents insurance necessary?
A. If your current homeowner or renter’s insurance policy does not cover your personal belongings, we highly recommend that you insure your items with Safestor, low-cost storage insurance. While Legacy Storage takes precautions to provide a clean, dry, and secure environment to store your property, we are not responsible in the unlikely event there is damage or loss to your belongings. Safestor covers much of your property from losses due to fire, hurricane, tornado, wind, earthquake, vandalism, lightning, smoke, hail, building collapse, explosion, leaking water, and burglary. Insurance coverage rates start at only $6 per month, a small price to pay for peace of mind.
